Refund policy

Orders are nonrefundable due to their handmade nature. Once an order has been placed, we will not cancel and refund it.

If a refund exception is ever made after your order has shipped, your refund will be less the cost of shipping for your item and less the cost of the return shipping as well. 

If you refuse delivery on a package that has been sent out to you with our authorization, you will receive a refund, minus the shipping costs & a 50% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery without prior authorization from Lazy Daisy Wholesale, you forfeit your refund and will not receive any refund in return. You may contact us to pay for a reshipment of your refused delivery. All refusal requests must be sent to info@plurskin.com. Messages via Instagram and text message/phone call will not be considered as a proper request.

If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout and the order gets returned to us, you will need to pay a reshipment fee. If the order was delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer, a refund will not be given on our end.

If a package is returned to us opened, you will not receive a refund as the products can not be guaranteed safe to resell.
