Shipping policy
Please allow up to 14 business daysย (25 business days during rush periods) for your order to be made, packaged, and shipped. Our business days are Tuesday through Saturday. We use UPS and USPS to ship our orders. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If there is an issue with your package, please file a claim with the courier used to ship your package. We are not responsible for courier delays. Once a package leaves our workshop, it is out of our control.ย
If you refuse delivery on a package that has been sent out to you with our authorization, you will receive a refund, minus the shipping costs & a 50% restocking fee. If you refuse delivery without prior authorization from Lazy Daisy Wholesale, you forfeit your refund and will not receive any refund in return. You may contact us to pay for a reshipment of your refused delivery.
If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout and the order gets returned to us, you will need to pay a reshipment fee. If the order was delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer, a refund will not be given on our end.
